In the following circuit if there is a voltage created by the motor rotation then the BJT must be short circuited and excessive energy must be dissipated over 33 ohm. But something is wrong and i cannot activate BJT. I will really appreciate your help. ( I guess the problem is about the values of the resistances but i cannot find a way out.)
