reconfigure microsoft outlook

Can we configure outllook to download mails in different drive, even if it is outlook format.

Because if I have to change the windows someday & reconfigure outlook, then it will waste time download 1000's of mails again?

You can relocate the data files to be on another drive.

On Outlook 2010, select File, Account Settings, Account Settings (yes twice), Data Files
