hello friends i am facing problem of getting demagantised frequently of DC motor it wont run even for 15 days after getting recharged of permanent magnet so pls help me in this matter

 

What is the application? If a bi-directional servo, the bias setting on the drive may be too high actually applying a high level AC to the windings. Normally it is a low level that provides "Stiffness" to the loop.
