Hi, can anyone please tell me how to find out from the clap switch (using CD4049 and HEF4013) the time until the relay switch - CLAP period time - (how to calculate - which resistors/capacitors) ? And those that prevent false triggering ?

A clap sound is one of many sounds. It takes a brain to remember what a clap sounds like and recognize it.

Your extremely simple circuit does not have a brain so it will be falsely triggered by hammering or gun shots and maybe by dogs barking.
