What is RC model ? or Can you suggest me any material or link for understandings of RC model? I also want to understand the difference between RC model and Pspice model....

The only RC I know is a resistor and capacitor connected together. You can use a model of that in a Spice simulator, but it is not a model in itself.

Pspice is just a particular brand of a Spice type simulator. It likely uses the same model for R and C that all other Spice simulators use.

 

Then there are RC model airplanes... and boats, and cars, etc.
