So I am doing the mesh current method and was wondering if where R2 and is2 is. If where that wire separates it from R4 and is3 if those are all separate mesh currents are is that 3 individual mesh currents?

I'm struggling a bit with the question you are asking. -- what's the difference between "separate mesh currents" and "individual mesh currents"? I know you are probably struggling with the English, but try rephrasing the question and we'll get at least closer to getting on the same page.

But I think I can take a guess at what you are confused by. In the box consisting of is2, is3, R2 and R4, there are three mesh currents.

But in terms of the overall circuit, you can remove R4 (it is shorted out) and is3 (it is also shorted out) and essentially move that center node down to the lower right corner of that box. Now you've just got one mesh current to deal with. Once you have the circuit analyzed, you can go back and add the resistor and current source back in and solve for the currents in the diagonal wire segments quite easily.
