1-determine the mean square value in the time domain
2-find the PSD (assume 1 ohm) and sketch it.

Sorry for not reading the rules before starting new thread, the problem is I don't know what is
f(t) here , I don't think it's cosine because no -1, what f(t) could be?

 

What formulas do you have at hand?

Why don't you try the absolute value, f(t)=|5sin(t)|
