this tvs has power of 600w (it is 600 w continous or for one second) and for 100 micro second what current can handle it ,and what is the different between it and regular 400 v zener

According to the datasheet, it will handle 600W for 1msec (absolute max rating). According to Fig. 1, it looks like 1.8KW for 100us. 600W for 1 sec - no.
Its different than a 400V zener (faster).
