I have to implement PWM technique for following DC-DC converter attached in file to make output voltage 14V fixed and also to provide pulse wave to both transistor in order to make these on/off.

Start by telling us what methods you would use to sense the output voltage, compare it with a reference and provide/adjust drive pulses for the transistors.
