I was finally successful to drive the clock how I wanted it and now I am going trying to drive a pwm servo. I already got the right frequency and pulse width which I checked with pickit2 logic tool. So when I connect the output pin to a servo the led which is also connected flickers really fast and the servo just spins around until it binds. My guess is that here is some external addon needed. Thanks for the help.

If it is a hobby servo and you are not varying the pulse width then that is what I would expect to see.
The pulse should be 1-2 ms every 20ms. A 1ms pulse moves it to one side, a 2ms moves it to the other, 1.5ms would be the middle, etc.
