Hello All

Can some one please tell me how I need to modify this circuit to make it operational. Please that the supply voltage is -650v. the user want to apply high negative voltage pulses to a target.

Your schematic is seriously flawed to begin with. How much current?

The voltage and load both need to be on the Drain, the Source needs to be ground. It is similar to a BJT common emitter in that respect.
