Hi I'm trying to come up with a device that i can power up with a 12 volt battery and when powered the output will ground for a second - then no ground for a second - then remain at ground until powered down. I came across the circuit attached(look at circuit 2) and I am wondering if it will do what i want it to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
