Hi!!
i am having a problem with l293D motor driver. My enables are at a high logic even though they not connected with pwm input. I thought of a pull down resistor but i dont know what value of ohms i should use??
btw i am driving two gear motors...

 

Use 1K resistor.

 

The following messages on the first page of the L293D datasheet -
When an enable input is high, the associated drivers are enabled and their outputs are active and in phase with their inputs.

So if you pull down the EN then the L293D won't work, pull high to Vcc1 and pull down to GND.
