Does PT100 Respond Very slowly.....

In my circiut it is responding at around 1Sec. for 0.1C Variation.....

 

What does the specification state for the conversion time? The pt-104 is about 750 mS per channel.

What device are we talking about? I read a PT100 as a platinum resistance element (RTD) with a nominal resistance of 100 ohms at 25 deg C.
