Hi
The red LED comes on when the power is plugged in. When I switch it on the green lights up for 1 sec or so and then the machine powers down again to red light. I took it to a repair shop but they say it's a software error i.e. all the hardware checked out ok.
Does someone have any advice on this error and how I can go about fixing it?

Slim or original version?

External power supply or integrated into unit?

The machine is still at the repair shop so I don't have the model number at hand. It is a slim little thing in mat black (if that is pertinent) and the power supply is 8.5V external. If there are any other distinguishing features to the trained eye then I can probably recall those from memory. Sorry; that's all I have for now
