hello everybody actualy im facing a problem with protel99 pcb layout editor ,my laptop is win vista sp1 home premium installed , the problem is once i installed protel99 se software on my laptop !it work prefectly !but after i make a restart of my system the software still working but some options in my computer will stop responding such like accessing the regedit command from the run menu also removing program from the control panel and many other applications ,it seems that my registry have been changed or damaged ! the following message will appear, cannot find regedit32.exe make sure that u typed the path correctly !
so anyone have an idea about how this problem can be solved thnks !!

 

safe mode - uninstall 99se

see if that helps. Does 99SE have a vista version? XP friendly programs don't tend to run very well under vista.

well in safe mode its ok everything will run but u cannot always stand on safe mode to run ur programs otherwise i was obliged to restore my system to a time that before the protel installation and after evthing is become normal !
