please help me designing a protection circuit in which surge protection as wel as mosfet based reverse polarity protection is included...the maximum current that the device can handle is 2 ampere and the voltage that it can handle is 10V-40V.so accorsingly please specify the fuse specifications and zener diode specifications..how to find the part number of fuse???please rply

please define "surge" better.. lightning surge? define the transients with an electrical value..
