I am desperate for a simple RF protection circuit that I could build in a day for my school project. A schematic diagram would be really helpful. Neither use of fuse or relay, I just need a diagram asap....thanks

You will have to make a VSWR bridge.

Take the signal from the reflected output, detect it and shutdown the power to the rf amplifier.
