Anyone have any useful, cool, or any must-make projects?

In my other thread I specifically asked for projects using TIP31 and TIP32, but in this one I asked for ones in general. So, it isn't the same "proposition".

 

Sorry. We'll start thinking up projects based on the other parts.

 

a simple audio amplifier is easy using an lm386 and is usefull for lots of things. in the old days, a "signal tracer" basicly an audio amp with acessory rf detectors and such was used a lot on fixing radios.

these are just power transistors (MOSFETs as far as I know but that's not cutting it for many circuits, so let's say, they are transistors).

I suggest to get a book for electronics beginners which includes projects, and to do a few. there are also websites with PLENTY of such circuits (such as talking gadgets).
