Project for someone? - Back EMF motor controller

Hi, could anyone please help me?

I need a motor controller with back emf/ auto load compensation, for a 12V DC 7.5 AMP motor.. (So a 15amp controller??)

Is this something one of you clever guys could put together for me?? If so, how much ? (UK)

Alternatively, could someone send me a diagram of the how the circuit board should be put together so I can get it put together closer to home? (UK)
