measuring small current(0-8micro ampere) with noise immunity upto 0-9 nano.. i think i can use LMC 6305.. nw i need 2 interface it to the mother card.. can anyone suggest me an IC WITH PCI or I2C so that the circuit will be much simpler....

yes, there was an error regarding the number.. it was LMC6035..
SIR, ALL I need to to do is to measure current from a chemical reaction and sense it.. then i need to interface it to a radiosonde.. pls help me with that..
