hi guys i have to write a dos program thats 5 questions long multiple choice for my professor any guidance help i also wanted to call a midi file help

 

Have you got GWBasic or QuickBasic? Gonna be hard to write the code without the interpreter.

i would like to call the midi file and have it play while hes taking the exam

 

I am going to guess that you are using desktop computer with a sound card. Do you just need to load the midi file from the hard drive and point the sound card driver at the file, or do you need to write the driver as well? If the latter is the case, you will need to get the spec sheet for the sound card and follow it as a guide to the function. This is a lot more than doing the first step.
