program size error in keil software

hi there
i am using a micro-controller AT89s8253 which has the RAM memory of 256byte but in my program whenever my program RAM increase to 130 byte it showing a message of program memory 135 and target not created so before 129 byte kiel software create an hex file but not onward so plz help me out as soon as possible.:(
