I did a search on this individual, even going through the entire members list item by item, he does not show up. So how is he sending me a PM? Since I can not respond this is puzzling.

The other question is, Is there a way to search for a profile? If there is I couldn't find it.

When a member never made a post, this member will not show up in the memberlist.
This seems to be done for safety reasons.

OK, I also assume he has not turned on his PM? Or does he have to post for his account to be fully activated.
