I'm new on pic programming and i want to measure the frequency and duty cycle of a certain square wave via pic32's input capture with timer3 as its timer but I don't know where to start.. Based from the forums that i visited that talks about input capture, they have computations related on PBclock, Timer3 or timer0, Fosc, prescaled, timer period, timer frequency, interrupt period,PB_DIC, PB_MUL, etc etc.. i can't find formulas on pic32... somebody help me.. do I need to connect additional timer or the pic32's input capture could work even without external clock... I'm measuring 200Hz up to 200KHz square wave frequencies.. what do i need to do? Please help.. Thank You
