As u know, % efficiency of rectifier means how much rectifier is efficient in converting AC to DC.
i.e suppose rectifier is 90 % efficient
let's input power to rectifier is 10 KW , rectifier is 90 % efficient then power at output of rectifier is 9 Kw
could anyone tell me about the efficiency of the model "bridge rectifier300A 100V" and the ripple factor(% of ripples) of it.

Ripple is 100% if there is no filter. And the performance of the filter will depend on the load placed on it.

A rectifier doesn't have a fixed percentage efficiency and efficiency is seldom used to describe rectifier operation. The rectifier data sheet will show the forward voltage drop versus current. This can be used to calculate the power loss versus current. The "efficiency" can then be calculated from this if you want but it varies with the output voltage (and hence output power) for a given current.
