Problem with 7 segment display

Hi! I have a Microlab X-15 5.1 system. Here is a 7 segment display on the control panel. Some segments on this display is always lit. Here is a green led for 2.1 mode, and another green led for 5.1 mode. The green led for 2.1 mode is always lit, when i switch in 5.1 mode, the 2.1 mode led become a little bit fade. The audio part of the system is perfect functionally. Can you help me to resolve this problem|?
