Hi, theres been a lot of people recently bringing the issue of not having PM's until ten posts, maybe the new member limitations should be put in a sticky or something to inform people of what the limitations are, when they're lifted, and why their there.
If this has already been done I apologize, but I looked and didn't see it.

I guess that will not be effective to stick that thread (the private messaging). i suppose, after regestering, the members should recieve a notification regarding that~~~

 

I checked the TOS, I didn't see anything about it in there, but I easily could have missed it.
