In this circuit PWM requires more resolution than ADC.If this is not done can we improve the performance of PWM using PCA.Please help me in this regard.

 

This sounds like homework. What have you done to try to solve the problem thus far?

Don't understand what ADC resolution has to do with it. There's no ADC in the diagram.

I'd assume the ADC is in the "Analog Control Chip" since it is outputting a PWM from an analog error signal....

thers is an A/D converter in the circuit.

Next questions: Is that the analog to PWM converter? If not, what does it do?
