Referring to the attachment, value of Vo and Ib can be obtained from pspice simulation. My question is, how I'm going to calculate Vio? Since Rc(R1 // Rf) is implemented, do i need to consider Vos due to input offset current?

Thanks for reading this, any help would be highly appreciated.

I can't seem to open the attachment you have provided. Are you able to open it and see its contents?

First, something a bit more readable, I'll think about it...

I'm not sure what parameter you are refering to as Vio, but I would say what I'm seeing is offset. Try adding a offset pot and see.

I suspect that once you get down to values of currents in the nanoamps and picoamps you start encountering rounding errors in the circuit analysis program. I believe this is the reason that the application of normal opamp circuit analysis begins to yield conflicting results when compared with the simulation.
