powerline data communication modem design

I am presently working a project, which is to design a modem using fsk as the modulation technique to implement low speed data communication between two computers
I need assistance on how to go about the project, I am open to suggestions

What is the matter with you? This is the third dinosaur that you dug out of the archives. Every one of your post say basically the same thing.. "Contact me". followed by your email, which the Mods keep removing. You're becoming irritating!
