I want to make a powersupply for Led series lamp directly from 220vAC line.Can anyone help ?

 

LED's need enough voltage to bias them into conduction, and then some means of controlling current through them. For safety, use a transformer to lower the voltage and isolate the circuit from the power line.

Different LED's take different voltages and currents. We need more information on the kind and number of LED's you plan to use.
