Hello,i have a cpld (XC2C32A) which needs 3.3V for VCCAUX (jtag) and 3.3V for VCCIO.Should i have different regulators for each or with only one to provide me with 3.3V i would be ok?Also, how many amperes does the cpld need?

That is the info you need before your question can be answered.

If you have a 3v3 regulator that can provide 100mA and the each of your VCCAUX and VCCIO each require less than 50mA, then 1 regulator will be fine.

Same with more. If you use a 3v3 reg that can source 500mA and VCCAUX can draw 400mA and VCCIO can draw 250mA, then you will need 2.

Check the datasheet for your particular device and your answer will become apparent.
