power on delay circuit using a pnp transistor

hi everyone, does anyone out there can help me design a simple power on delay circuit using a pnp transistor a resistor and capacitor. i have a NTE332 pnp transistor or NTE2390 n-ch MOSFET, the circuit is running on 24V DC and has to output 24V 2-3sec after the switch was turned on. Thank you!
