Can power MOSFETS be beta matched like power transistors are for audio amp circuits etc?

 

MOSFETs don't have beta, they have Gm. They conceivably could be matched for that or for the threshold voltage (Vth), but good design practice is to use enough negative feedback in the circuit so that these variations have no significant adverse effect on the circuit operation.
