I tried to generate a power from cycle dynamo, but current capability is very low, can any one give me a suggestion to improve the current capability..

I am charging my mobile from dynamo using regulator IC, IN4007 diode(bridge circuit) and 1000μf capacitor.Will this arrangement affect my cell phone battery?. please do inform me If there is any correctioons in my arrangement.

 

If you don't meet the basic voltage requirements you are, excuse the expression, spinning your wheels. You might think of gearing up the arrangment to spin it faster.

We need more info about the dynamo's construction to be able to offer much more in the way of concrete advise.
