Could someone please help me to derive the following equation for both real and reactive power flow between 2 nodes\buses.

Node1: V1 @ angle δ°
Node1: V2 @ angle 0°
Impedance between nodes: Z=ωL

Then,

Real power, P = (V1V2/ωL)*sin δ°

Reactive power, Q = (V1^2/ωL) - (V1V2/ωL)*sin δ°

Thanks!

Find the voltage across the node by subtracting V1 from V2 or vice versa and then divide by the impedance to find the current. Then use the voltage across the node and the current through it to calculate power. Use complex numbers.
