Hi all,
I have to design a power amplifier ac inverter with PWM swithching of IGBT.
The circuit has a (700Vdc input), (500Vac, 130 Aac output) .
The swithching frequency has to be 40kHz with a LPF of (L=300 μ H, C= 940 nF) with a resonance frequency of 10 kHz.
The first problem I found is that I can't find a suitable IGBT for this kind of circuit with a big freuency and current and also with resonable P losses ( around 350 Watt), I don't know if there is IGBT can work with this design or I have to parallel it?
If I need to connect IGBT's in parralel, what is the limitations I must put into account to keep the circuit work with high realibility?
Thanks in advance...
