Hello, I need a new Potentiometer (20k Logarithmic Variable Resistor) for my volume control.

I found one that looks identical to the one I need (http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail...=sGAEpiMZZMtC25l1F4XBU1xwXnrUt/uoLSXG1kRGEug=), but it won't be in stock for awhile.

I want to know if this (http://www.digikey.com/product-detail/en/EVU-F2LFL3D24/P3L2203-ND/243642) is a suitable replacement or where I can find one that matches what I need that is in stock.

Well, you say you require a log pot but the Mouser you say you would like is a linear pot.

The DK one is logarithmic. Typically you want a log pot for volume controls.

If the mechanical size is important do look carefully at both data sheets to see if they match.
