design a close circuit like
vco(output 10ghz)>frequency divider(output1 ghz)>PLL>bandpass filter(output back to vco at 10ghz.)
plz give me idea or circuit sort of thing.

 

There are already ICs out there capable of operation at those frequencies.

Now, the /10 output may be dicey.

Trying to design the whole circuit from scratch on this forum is not terribly likely to succeed. While there are a number of professional engineers and highly experienced people on board, attempting to develop something at these frequencies will require quite a bit of effort as well as experimentation.

 

Maybe the question should be asked on a forum in India??
