I have 94MHz pulses and i need to derive a Phase locked 10MHz clock from it. Please suggest a circuit for it and the ICs that can be used, as i am very new to electronics. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

With digital electronics you can only use integer divider numbers.
You could divide the 94 Mhz by 47 to get 2 Mhz.
This 2 Mhz can be mutiplied using a PLL to 10 Mhz using a divide by 5.

Greetings,

HI, Thanks for your inputs. What ICs can i use ?. Are there ICs which can
divide by 47 and are there ICs for PLL?. Please advice. I am very new to electronics and your input will help me learn.

You have to do your research. There are a lot of CMOS/TTL that will do the high end, conventional CMOS can handle 10Mhz.
