dear......., first read the books of power electronics to make u'r concepts clear then u can use the site www.alldatasheets.com to get the data for particular scr like . triggering voltage ,current ,time of triggering,etc

 

Perform a Google search on UJT's, or "unijunction transistors"

They were developed specifically for triggering thyristors (SCRs, TRIACs, etc.), but they do have a few other applications.
