Hi,
First of all, you must order the correct type of the IC, that has flourescent paper attached to it, p/n: S8865-64G or -S8865-128G. Next, the output is a serial digital output and will require a microprocessor to use it. You can use a simple PIC Chip from Microchip Technology for as little as $ 1.00 each, but you'll need to write at least a few lines of code to use it. But don't worry, there are lots of sample code and applications help available from the mfg for the PIC chip. I think you're going about this in perhaps a too sophisticated manner and you could make a much simpler and less expensive detector. Do a google search on X-Ray Detectors or detection.
Good Luck,

thank you kazem
i can use an ion champer as x ray detector but i cant find any one on net
i found this circuit by google search if you can help to find this ion champer please do
