I don't think anyone knows exactly why, but they have always dressed in the best straw - so they would be quite important.

If I remember correctly, he would dance around for money, food and beer.

 

How about Cheese rolling on Cooper's Hill?

People compete to win a piece of cheese which is rolled down the hill. First one to reach the line or catch the cheese wins. The cheese gets to around 70 mph, so people rarely catch it.

But back on topic. I would like to be invited to Lossewire for dinner. That would be a special event I would find interesting. I can of course bring fish for the dinner. After the dinner we can enjoy a solder joint or two. How about that Loosewire
