Hi,

On all circuit i look at, the load is always above the drain on an N mosfet.

I dont like it because i dont get to use 0v as my ground.

Is it ok to put the load under the source like with a p mosfet?

Why dont ppl do it?

Loads are better connected in the Drain side as this will give the maximum current, if you use the Source side you will loose voltage due to the Gate/Source voltage drop.
