PIR Sensor to trigger switch and timers

Is there a way to get a PIR sensor to open a circuit when triggered and at the same time trigger 2 countdown timers. The 1st countdown timer will close the circuit after 10 seconds and the second countdown timer will open the circuit after 20 seconds.

The PIR and Timers all run on 9 to 12 VDC.
The circuit is on a standard 220 to 240V and 50 to 60Hz

I would really appreciate some help :confused:.
