PID controller simulink

Hi to anyone

I have an msc exercise: using P, PD and PID controllers in open loop (Ziegler Nichols e Choen-Coon) get parameters for
G(s) = (2 e-2s) / ((2s+1)(3s+1))

Please i realy need some help how to do and implement a block diagram using simulink from mathlab
