Anybody knows how to create a connection between the pic32MX460F512L and the computer using the ethernet (TCP/IP stack),using MPLAB ( C Compiler)

Since you managed to pick a PIC32 product without ethernet capability (the PIC32MX6 or PIC32MX7 series both do) you would need something like a ENC424J600 or ENC624J600 interface controller to make the physical layer.
