i'm using this bluetooth shield, how's the connection between this and PIC16F628A stand alone microcontroller?

can i connect directly the RX/TX of bt shield and PIC16F628A or do i need to put resistor between them?

If you do it right, you don't need a resistor.

That said, I always put 1.5k resistors between the TX to RX and RX to TX connections when prototyping, as I will sometimes swap pins when assembling the circuit.
