Why not just use MPlab or is that not enough to show you how the processors works

Its an old device however I did upload a simulator the other day for someone It doesn't cover the 16C711 but I'm sure you could cross code this having understood the older devices

MPLab is just as good though In fact its probably better not as graphically orientated but its more comprehensive and more precise
